2. Booking and Appointments
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date for any appointment-related communications.
3. Payment
- Payments for services can be made via credit or debit card, online, or in person at our salon.
- All prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time. The price at the time of your booking will be honored.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable and will result in the full charge of the service. No-shows will also be charged in full.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and the same late cancellation policy will apply.
5. Gift Cards
- Gift cards purchased from Girlnailboss are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
6. Client Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
7. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises. Please keep your valuables with you at all times during your visit.
8. Health Conditions
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment. Girlnailboss will not be held liable for any adverse reactions caused by undeclared health issues.
