4. What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Thursday 09:00-18.00
Friday 09:00-17:00
5. What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid to be charged the full amount of the service.
6. Do you accept walk-ins?
Unfortunately, as a home-based salon,I cannot accept walk-ins. Appointments are required so I can provide the best service without interruptions.
7. What is your sanitation process?
I prioritize your safety and well-being. All tools are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after every use according to industry standards. I also use disposable items wherever possible to ensure the highest level of hygiene.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept every major credit-debit card, and iDEAL. Payment is required prior to your arrival .
